Shall We Wine, CEO and Founder Regine T. Rousseau helps national and boutique wine and spirits brands expand their presence across the nation; while also providing wine education through events, books and videos that she develops. Making wine and spirits approachable for everyone is at the core of Rousseau’s work.

Rousseau received her Level II certification from the International Sommelier Guild and an Executive Bourbon Steward from Stave and Thief Society.

Rousseau has been featured in Forbes, The Zoe Report, The New Yorker, Vine Pair, Black Enterprise and Wine Enthusiast Magazine, and has made television appearances on Sisters Circe Live, WGN Chicago and Windy City Live.

Salvador Chavez - Founder of Puente Internacional

I am the son of immigrant parents that worked tirelessly to give me and my siblings what we needed. I worked with them to start Picazo Cafe in 2009 and that was the start of my life in entrepreneurship.

In 2012, at age 26, I was appointed onto the Sonoma Valley Unified School District Board of Trustees. I also joined the Board of Directors for La Luz Center in Sonoma. Between both of those experiences I was able to fully understand where my passions lied in life and it was a balance of growing business and civic contribution.

I then started Puente Internacional, Inc. in 2015 and we are now growing into international territories with our three spirit brands and am working within those brands to craft impact in the communities that we work in.

Gustoso Aguardiente

Gustoso Aged Rum

1 oz La Luna Mezcal Cupreata
1 oz Gustoso Aguardiente Dark
1/4 oz Campari
1/4 oz Amaro
1/4 oz Honey

Procedure: add dark rum, mezcal, campari, amaro and honey to a shaker over ice. Shake and serve up or on the rocks.

Gustoso Blanco


2 oz Gustoso Aguardiente Blanco
2 oz Soda Water
3 teaspoons sugar
1 oz Lime Juice

Method: add lime juice, rum, sugar and water to a cocktail shaker. Shake and serve on ice.




The featured Aged Rum really speaks to the fall season mixing beautifully with seasonal fruits, such as apple, pear and not to mention pumpkin. We will also talk about the Guarapo and Blanco expressions.

Feel free to create one or both of the featured cocktails.
