Psalm 127:3 Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb is a reward

The Bible is clear in teaching us that our children are a gift from God. As far back as Genesis 4:1 we find Eve declaring that her son Cain had been given to her by God. The children God gives to us are his good gifts to us, entrusted as a stewardship from Him.

For decades now, Mississippi's oppressive vaccine law has been an obstacle between parents who seek and rely on discernment from the Holy Spirt concerning how they vaccinate their children and their inability to vaccinate as they are led.

It is our understanding that our legislative body is made up of Christian believers. How can it be then that parents have no religious freedom concerning something as personal as being coerced into injecting one's own child with vaccines, several of which are cultured on aborted fetal cell lines?

48 other HEALTHIER states grant parents religious rights regarding mandated vaccines. Forty-eight states have given this freedom, in most cases, for decades without suffering a resurgence of disease. To use fear of disease resurgence as justification to allow continued tyranny and oppression over the parents of Mississippi is at best misguided considering 48 other states have gone before us with no ill effects. We see no rational reasoning to expect Mississippi would be any different.

To reject House Bill 130 is to reject parental rights and medical freedom. We have been called by God to fight for the parents and children of this great state, receiving continued affirmation that we are doing His will by working to give parents in Mississippi the fundamental rights they must have in order to be good stewards of the children God has entrusted to them.

We are looking to you to represent us. Please know we are praying over the legislative body as you all seek God's will concerning this legislation.

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."
2 Corinthians 3:17

House Bill 130

Please review HB 130 if you have not done so yet. Please note that there have been "hurdles" put in place to insure vaccine waivers are not abused or sought by lazy parents. We look forward to addressing any concerns you may have as your constituents reach out to ask for your support in the coming days.

Thank you for your time; don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns you would like us to address.

Sincerely,
Lindey Magee and MaryJo Perry
