Caitlyn was second overall in 18:50, with Annie third in 19:40, and Maggie fourth in 20:00. Lily Stewart was 5th for the team in 20:25. Emily reports that “the course was very scenic but very rocky.”

The Central Catholic girls xc team turned out in force at this summer’s GTD xc conditioning program, and they have raced to a quick 4-1 mark (the one tough loss by 1 point). On Sep. 17 on their home course (Lawrence Reservoir 3.05 miles), Tiffany Simione was 1st overall in the race for the 2nd week in a row with a time of 20:33. Avery Hayes was 4th overall in 21:44, Katie Freeman 5th in 21:52. Lauren Donald ran 24:07 and Katie Anne Hayes 24:12.
