This is K Michael's 3rd cover feature in 4 years & knowing what his plans have been since he signed both deals with NYS Collection& NBA Hall of Famer Superstar Shaquille O'Neal the timing couldn't be more perfect to Introduce the "Team behind the Talent."

Since its inception, the Forever K Michael Collectionhas had a string of successes, including a partnership with Shaquille O’Neal, which materialized in the Dunkman Eyewear brand.The Forever K Michael Collection has also now been launched in New York’s largest mall –Queens Center, and is also in the Perimeter Mall in Atlanta. In August 2015, the brandco-sponsored the Miss Black USA Pageant in Washington, D.C. along with the NYS Collection. Several music artists have signed endorsement deals with Forever K Michael, including Cupid (The Cupid Shuffle), Hip Hop legend Mr. Cheeks(to whom K. Michael paid homage in video), and Tynisha Keli.The brand has captured the attention of several print magazines, including the covers of Social Magazine and Rock Thiz Magazine, and features in Hip Hop Weekly, The Source, Stuff Dubai, Be Entertained, and Kontrol Magazine. The young stylepreneur has even held meetings with multi-million dollar brand Judith Lieber.

But K. Michael is quick to point out that he would not be where is he today without his team, each of whom is exceptionally talented in their respective fields, and who unequivocally share his work ethic and vision.__ They too, see the invisible and are on the front lines with him on a daily basis. “My vision was and is to have a multicultural brand in the designer eyewear industry that’s led by a man of color. This is about black excellence. The people who see the vision with me are bringing excellence to the table for each of their races and ethnicities as well. They understand my abstract way of creating and thinking. It’s important, when I’m searching for talent to work with, that I find people who can relate to the things that I find beautiful and see the distinctiveness of it themselves. When it comes to movies, I’m not into soundtracks, I love the scores – I’m into the process of creating. There’s a very small and unique group of people who will discuss the allure of the soundtrack – the violins, the cellos, the melodies of the piano – I look for people who think, feel, visualize, and work in an innovative and unusual way. This describes my team perfectly.”_
