I'm delighted that this project is officially approved for residential remodel from the City of Ventura! It has been almost one year in the process, so it's cause for a celebration!!

As a Tesla Executive who relocated from SF Bay area, my client collaborated on much of the design. She has impeccable taste with a keen sense of detail and design.

Best of all, the house is off-grid with rooftop solar panels powered Tesla PowerWall. During power outages from fires and other natural disasters, she can have peace of mind that her electrical power will never be down.

Fun fact: The Tesla PowerWall also charges her Tesla vehicle and container pool!
