SOL HAUS PRE-FAB MODULAR
LEGAL & PERMITTED AS AN ADU OR PRIMARY DWELLING
Permitted by State of California HCD, these units are built in a factory and placed on a permanent foundation at the site. Pre-engineered and constructed under the most rigorous building code (CRC & IRC Appendix Q)
BUILT & FINISHED IN THE FACTORY FOR EFFICIENCY
The construction process takes only three months from start to finish, including state permitting! Reduced waste and increased construction time.
FIRE RESISTANT & ECO CONSCIOUS
Metal standing seam roof, cement board siding and fire sprinklers are some of the fire-resistant materials used. All interior materials are non-toxic with no formaldehyde and with energy saving appliances and fixtures.
TURN KEY SOLUTION TO HOUSING
When the unit leaves the factory, it's finished to include cabinetry, lighting, and appliances. The price is fixed before construction begins. No more change orders! Price excludes shipping, foundation and site work.
MODULAR & FLEXIBLE
One module is 10' x 26'. Add more modules for more bedrooms or larger living spaces. Create a breezeway or outdoor deck to connect the modules - easily accommodates multiple people and families!
