Each edition will feature a Personal Trainer spotlight, a healthy recipe, fitness tips and pointers, answers to your questions, upcoming Fitness events, and more!

Coming up in the New Year we will be offering many exciting Fitness programs...including: New You, Embodied Yoga, Group Fitness, Personal Training, MAT, and More. All of the details may be found in this newsletter. Here we go 2023!
