We are a team of 7 individuals, each passionate about providing the resources to design, build and dwell efficiently.

Happy March !!

It has already been a busy year for Sol Haus Design. While working on legalizing tiny houses in Ojai, we have been working on other new ventures.... It has been a month since the official launch, but we are excited to announce a new collaboration with six movers and shakers of the tiny house movement: Lee Pera, Lina Menard, Alek Lisefski, BA Norrgard, Kai Rostcheck, James Taylor (click on each name for more details).

Together we make up the powerful force of the TINY HOUSE COLLABORATIVE:

"We all met at the 2015 Tiny House Jamboree and instantly came to the same conclusion. There was so much excitement and possibility in the tiny house movement — so much need for education and outreach. We knew we didn’t need yet another tiny house business just trying to make a buck on the growth of tiny house popularity. Instead, we wanted to offer a place for more resource sharing and more connectedness! The word “synergy” described our vision perfectly: the interaction of elements that when combined is greater than the sum of its parts."

Check out our new website created by Alek Lisefski. We offer products and services such as consultations and tiny house plans. We're also excited to bring you an interactive map of tiny house builders provided by Lee Pera's expertise as a geographer. In the coming months, our team will continue to bring more resources to help you navigate the myriad of information as the tiny house movement continues to grow.

BUT FIRST... We're excited to bring you the combined experience of The Tiny House Collaborative at our first ever workshop! Check out the details below.

If you live in the east coast, we hope to see you there!
