We'll also vote in the 2014 ECAA officers. (Nominees listed below.)
A group critique led by past presidents Jean Witzke & Charlotte Britton will also be part of the program. Bring an unfinished piece or one that is giving you trouble for comments from your peers.

The meeting will be held in the Garden Room of the El Cerrito Community Center, 7007 Moeser Lane, El Cerrito. The evening begins at 7 p.m.

The Nominating Committee has nominated the following people to serve on the
Board next year:

June Hunt will continue as Treasurer
Rich Fowler will serve in his second year as a Director
If there are any additional nominations from the membership, they should be made at the November meeting. If you are planning to nominate someone, do be sure they are willing to serve.

The theme for the Mini Art Show at the October meeting was Out of the Attic Here are the winners:

Third Place - Linda Carothers - Ghost in the Attic - Digital Collage

“Well Seasoned,” a show of works in various media and styles by selected artists from the El Cerrito Art Association will be shown at the San Pablo Art Gallery Dec. 6, 2014, to Jan. 25, 2015. Mark your calendar for the reception, Saturday, Dec. 13, 1- 3 p.m.
The gallery is at 13831 San Pablo Ave., Bldg. 4. Stay tuned for more details on the ECAA website.
Plein Air Painting Group

December & January are the months when we HOPE it will rain so much that we are not able to go outdoors! Last year the weather was lovely & sunny. Once again, we will schedule Blake Gardens for these two months. Go when your Holiday schedule permits.
