Emma our 6 yr old Jersey cow is pregnant with her third calf.

We are all anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new baby calf on the farm.

So many of you want to be kept in the loop that I have been posting regular updates on myFacebook page, Instagram and YouTube pages.

Believe it or not this is my favorite time to garden here in North Central Florida.

I just harvested a bunch of calendula blooms. I like to dry them and use them in my soaps, salves and lip balms.

My cilantro and parsley look great and I have started lots of greens and carrots in the ground.

My seedlings are also sprouting nicely. I'm looking forward to transplanting the cabbage, kale, swiss chard ad more calendula into the ground in the new year.
