In fact, the TFA is the only organisation dedicated to the needs of farmers across England and Wales who do not own the land they farm. As a member of the TFA, we can help you with all of the following and so much more:

Succession - Rent Reviews - Arbitration Process - Notices to Quit/Remedy - End of Tenancy Considerations - BPS/Countryside Stewardship Queries - Repair/Improvements Advice - Compulsory Purchase and Compensation - Planning Applications - Game Damage - Livestock Worrying - Applying for a New Tenancy

Even if you don't need specific advice on your tenancy, or information on the latest Government schemes, make sure you log onto our website regularly. You can find us here. Some of our website content is restricted to TFA Members only. You can become a TFA member by clicking here or calling 0118 930 6130.

As a Member, you can log on to our website using your membership number and postcode. Once you have logged in to the Members area of our site, there is a wealth of information on the latest Government news, updates on Brexit and information on new tenancy opportunities. This includes farms to let across England and Wales within our Business Opportunities area!

More information on this week's key updates, including these tenancy opportunities, can be found below after "This Week's Top News Bites".

Putting Farm Safety at the Top of Our Agenda Every Day

Red Tractor Assurance Publishes Pig Scheme Member Newsletter

Nine months after the new approach to Red Tractor audits was rolled out to pig scheme members, this recent newsletter gives some positive news about how the vast majority of members are seeing no change to their inspection regime. There is also a handy table listing the most common non-conformances found on farms which have then required an unannounced spot check. To read the newsletter click here.

Listen Out for Our Chief Executive on the Lincs FM Farming Programme

TFA Welcomes Back Adriana Vaux

Having left the TFA to work in private practice, we are delighted to be welcoming back Adriana Vaux to the Head Office team as a TFA Adviser. Initially, she will be mostly covering for the maternity leave of TFA Farm Policy Adviser, Lynette Steel, as well as advising members on tenancy related matters.

Long term, she will add to the Association's advisory capacity and will play a key role in developing our TFA+ service. TFA members can read about this on page 32 of the newly produced Member’s Handbook by clicking here.
