The use of Enneagram goes back as far as 2500 BC.

The Enneagram is a psychological model, that does not only focus on observable behavior, but also on the underlying beliefs, norms, values ​​and motivations.

It is built around nine fundamentally different motives, and hence creates nine different basic types.

In this one-day workshop, the Enneagram model will unfold in a playful manner through the concept of gamification. Gamification makes use of 'game thinking' and 'game mechanics' to explain the Enneagram model. It increases involvement of the participants. The underlying game mechanisms are used to interact and stimulate (self) reflection so to generate your own individual development path. The Enneagram model gives you insights in human functioning and motivations.
