Nursery is available for little ones through three years old. If you would like to spend some time playing in the nursery with our littlest church family members, please let Jen Lynch know. | Youth Group News ~ Volunteer Opportunities! Our youth are helpful all year, but never more so than during VBS time! These young people always step up to the plate and do whatever needs done and we sure do appreciate them. Sign up sheet on the bulletin board to donate any type of baked good...pies, cookies, bread, or even things like no-bake cookies, candy, caramel corn...whatever tickles your fancy! Items can be homemade or store bought, all donations are appreciated. Thank you to the folks who have already signed up! | Growing Goodness Check out what's growing in our gardens! This is the perfect time of the year to take a stroll around the property and appreciate the wonder of creation! | Strawberry Season Jam production is in full swing here at Goodness Grows. The strawberries are abundant, so we are stocking up on Strawberry Jalapeno Jungle Jam and Strawberry Lemonade Juicy Jam. Kelly has learned the secrets of jam from Rachel, and is now a full-fledged, independent jam maker herself! Soon we will have blueberries and raspberries, which she will turn into more delicious summertime jam treats! | Austintown Farmers Market Monday evenings from 5 - 8, at Austintown Township Park. This week's theme will be "Building Our Community." Come enjoy this spectacular community of vendors, makers, farmers, and more! | GG in the Community In addition to our weekly booth at the Austintown Farmers Market, there are other places you can find us: Salem Farmer's Market ~ We will be trying out this local market today, from 3:30-6:30, at 788 E State St. Come support local businesses from the area at this market event: Meet the Salem Merchants! July 14/Aug 18/Sept 8 from 10:00 - 4:00 Columbiana 1st Friday ~ Rain or shine 5pm - 8pm, the first Friday of July & August Mission Night Market ~ July 13/Aug 10/Sept 14 from 6 to 10 at Huntington Place plaza in Boardman Whispering Pines ~ Every other Thursday we will be volunteering & visiting. Collection will continue right up until our October 13th Giveaway Day! | Reach Out Someone you know is just waiting to be invited to church or to participate in an event. Many people don't want to jump into the unknown on their own, but would welcome the hand of a friend to guide them along. Summer is the perfect time to reach out to neighbors, friends, and family and ask them to a Sunday service, to VBS, to the Goodness Grows Family Fun Fest, to Youth Group, to a farmers market...the list goes on! You'll probably get plenty of "No, thank you!" responses, but what if, maybe...just maybe...you get a "Yes!" | For I was hungry and you gave me food;
