Congratulations Top Ten Students

We are proud to recognize student scholars from 10th -12th grades at the annual Top Ten Chapel today. We were honored to have Allison Miller, a leader who is passionate about helping people reach their potential. Drawing from her experience in public education, full-time ministry, and entrepreneurship, Allison inspires and equips individuals and organizations to succeed and make a difference in the world. This group of student scholars celebrated today exemplifies excellence through their academic endeavors and definitely have the potential to make a difference in the world.

Cheerleader Informational Meeting

Easter on The Hill

Easter Sunday is almost here and Cottage Hill Baptist Church would LOVE to have you spend Easter morning, April 21st at Cottage Hill! There will be Easter services at 8:00 a.m and 10:30 at CHBC. A 9:00 a.m. service will be held at Downtown Church located at the Steeple on St. Francis St. A 6:00 p.m service will be held at the Church of the Island located at 100 Orleans Dr. Dauphin Island, AL. CHCA Presents Mary Poppins Jr.

With a Cast of 80 CHCA students, Cottage Hill Christian Academy's Theatre Arts Department presents Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins Jr. dinner theatre May 2nd-4th, 2019. Make plans to attend this fabulous event with your family and friends while dining on food from two of Mobile's most recognized caterers. Dinner music will be provided by Solid Rock Jazz Band & a special guest singer. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students. A Premiere Table for 8 is $240 and the best seats in the house!

Johnson Wins AATSP Poster Contest

Each year, the Alabama chapter of the AATSP (American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese) sponsors a K-12 poster contest. Students who are in Spanish or Portuguese classes can submit digital or hand drawn posters. This year's theme was "¡Juntos más fuertes: el español y el portugués!" which translates to "Stronger together: Spanish and Portuguese!" CHCA junior, Katelyn Johnson submitted a digital entry and won. She will now be entered into the National AATSP Poster Contest. Congratulations Katelyn.

Junior/Senior Mother-Daughter Tea

Invitations have been mailed for this year's Junior/
Senior Mother-Daughter Tea that will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Core Community Coffee House. The cost for mothers is $5.00 (no cost for students) and is due by Friday, April 5th to the front office. Students attending should report directly to the Core Community Coffee House at 7899 Cottage Hill Road.

Junior/Senior Men's Barbecue

The annual Junior/Senior Men's Barbecue will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 11:00 - 2:00 p.m. on the CHCA West Campus. Attire is school dress code. Participating students may bring a softball glove and change of clothes for activities and games. This event is for junior and senior boys and their father/male mentors. Senior Class Special Olympics Day

Seniors will be off-campus on Friday, April 12, 2019 for a Senior Service Day. We will be working as volunteers at the Mobile Area Special Olympics. Seniors will be transporting themselves to St. Paul's Episcopal School. Please encourage your student to carpool as there is not enough parking on the campus of SPS for all the volunteers. Students should arrive by 7:45 A.M. and will be finished around 1-1:30 P.M. Students do NOT have to return to school unless their athletic coaches require them to be at a practice or game. Any student not planning to attend should let Mrs. White know in the office so that we can account for your attendance. Don't forget the sunscreen!! If you have any questions, please contact Brandi Richardson or Ali White.
