We are on the right track to have a spectacular journey through Abundance Orchard, where faith grows and hungry people are fed! Registration forms are on the VBS table, our jars (painted long ago by Martha Centofanti) are out in the Great Room, and the donation supply board will go up soon. If you would like to get involved but aren't sure how, talk to Jen Lynch. Volunteers and participants always welcome! Invite your friends and family! | Garden News The Garden is now on Summer Break. Our Garden age kids will remain in Worship. Activity pages will be available on the table by the Sanctuary doors. Nursery will be available for little ones through three years old. | Youth Group News Swim Party at the Snyder's, Wednesday, June 20, 6-8pm This event is for youth entering 5th grade and up! Wear your swimsuit, bring a towel and a snack to share. (Date subject to change due to weather and baseball playoffs.) Youth Parents - Watch for an email about your summer schedules soon. In order to plan events that work for as many people as possible, we will be asking you to send in dates when you know your family will be busy. We know that we can't work around everything, and sometimes plans are made last minute, but any information will help! Some events will be open to the incoming 5th graders, and some will be only for last year's crop of kids. | Bible Studies Sunday Morning: Pat Shannon leads a class on the book of Matthew; 9:30 - 10:30am. Wednesday Morning: Ladies Study - Dwelling in God's Peace from the Jesus Calling Bible Study Series by Sarah Young; 9am. Friday Evening: Bible Study at the Shannon's house; 6pm. You are welcome to join in a study at any time! | Work Day @ CG/GG - June 23 If you can help, please let us know! Many hands make light work! | Abundance Orchard VBS July 9 - 13 from 10:00 to 12:30 We are back to a morning VBS this year! Mark your calendars, spread the word, and plan to join us. Ages 4 and up are invited. Kids who have finished 5th and 6th grade may choose to remain a "Kid" or serve as "Staff." | GG Family Fun Fest - July 14 Help us celebrate Goodness Grows AND wrap up VBS with this annual special event! Fun for the whole family with games, face painting, special guests, and more!

Our summer staff is knee deep in planting, weeding, and having fun. We have added one more team member...Bradley Donatella! Bradley has been with us for several summers now, and we are so glad he is back. He is an eager worker and a valued member of GG! | Raised Beds Fully Planted All of our beds out front have been claimed and planted. So exciting to see what is growing! | Mission Night Market We are joining a brand new market! Opening day is tomorrow evening, June 8, and we will be there with Jungle Jam and hanging baskets. The Mission Night Market is a celebration of culture, community, and connection with proceeds to benefit Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley. The 2018 Mission Night Market festivities will occur at Huntington Place plaza at 1393 Boardman-Canfield Road in Boardman on the 2nd Friday of every month June through October from 6-10pm." | Austintown Farmers Market Monday evenings from 5 - 8, Starts Monday!

There are so many awesome local vendors and activities for all ages that make this market the place to be every week! | | OUTREACH and MISSION OPPORTUNITIES | Volunteer at Our Mission - Goodness Grows Help is always welcome at GG. If you have the time, we have the tasks! Talk to Rachel Vignon if you would like to volunteer this summer. There are always weeds to pull, plants to water, fences to trim around, and more.
