Narrows West: Marina Removal Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that the floating docks will be removed on Tuesday, October 11th (first day after Thanksgiving). Therefore, any additional boat ties, bumpers and any other extras that were added to the dock this year must come off prior to the removal of the dock. The docks will be checked thoroughly to see if there are any repairs or changes that need to be made and then will be stacked for the winter. To make sure that any personal items that have been added are not damaged during the removal of the dock, we ask you to please take these items off and have your boat removed from the dock prior to October 11th.

Last year, even with reminders, there were still some stalls that had left bumpers that needed to be removed by the construction crew. This year, if there are any personal items that need to be removed by the crew at removal time, we will be sending out an additional invoice to the dock customer for expenses incurred.

If you require our assistance with the removal of any additional items you may have on your spot please contact Revy at 204-768-2749 or by email at revy@narrowswest.com.

Narrows West: Seasonal Camping Season Ending

Like the marina, the last day for the water and hydro hookup is Monday, October 10. On Tuesday, everything will be closed up and turned off to begin winterizing the campground. We will be doing a September walk through to make note of any additional buildings / structures that may require an addition fall invoice or any items removed from the seasonal lots that may affect the invoice for 2017. Management has yet to complete the 2017 contract/pricing but my goal is to have that available to all campers by the end of October.

Join Us For A Great Day Of Fishing!

Autumn is Here!

by Revy Rodriguez. I think the fall at the lake is even more beautiful than the summer. With the changing leaves, enjoying pink sunsets and warming up by the camp fire on the cool autumn nights, it makes October one of my favorite times of the year. For those of you that have been taking advantage of our great fall fishing this year, it has been great to see so many people out and enjoying the water. It also looks like we will be able to get in at least a few more great weeks of fishing before the end of season. You don't have to be a master angler to catch a master walleye with the way they have been biting, so grab your rod and bait and join us here at the Narrows.
