Hello Yogi!
How have you been? I loved the sun last week but also the rain on the weekend. Boy, did it rain...on Saturday!
Not the best weather to host a visitor though. My professor from New York is in town and I am trying to show Z-town from its best side. The rainy one.... We are managing. Trains + Museums and all.
Yoga things are also happening
On Saturday I am teaching yoga to the Zuri Marathon runners. Are you part of the official group? Then come on out!
Sunday is going to be a yoga party day!
I am teaching at Yogalives 11:00-12:30 a Hanuman Flow like 90minutes where we'll focus on healthy backbends and some fun stuff.
Straight after that, I am teaching an Aerial Yoga Immersion from 13:30 - 15:30. It will be 80min Core Stability and Flying and 40min of Restore and Relaxing
Cost: 65.- chf at Yogalives in Zürich. Here is the Facebook Event!
Speaking of New York... my friend and great teacher Raghunath is coming back to Zurich and I am able to host him through hanuman shala! Thursday, April 6th from 18:30-21:00. Afterwards we have a Yogi Gathering from 21:00-22:00 where roots will deliver pre-ordered food. Send me an email for more information! Cost: 95.- chf
AND I am super excited for this: I have the honor to teach some cool ETH scientists! I am brushing up on my science knowledge right after I send this... hm... maybe I will just stick with the yoga.
More to come...
