Any day is a good day for tacos!
Although "Taco Tuesday" is very popular in the United States, in Mexico we don't really have a specific day dedicated to enjoying tacos. Tacos are eaten every day of the week, although slightly more tacos are consumed during the weekend days, starting with Friday. As a matter of fact, in Mexico there are still a few taco restaurants (taquerías) that only open Friday to Sunday.
Here I am including a variety of taco recipes to satisfy everyone's cravings.
