Our KICK OFF is the best (and most fun) way to choose what shows you will see at the Fringe this year! Each presenting company will have 90 seconds to offer a preview of their show- live and in real time, giving you a taste of the excitement to come at the festival this summer!

Hosted by the Canadian Comedy Award-winning comedian Dave Brennan (The Imponderables, Bill & Sons Towing web series, CHCH Television journalist), the event will also feature a Pan Am theme: athletes, cheerleaders, and other local personalities will square off in sports-themed improv games! (you might just see THIS GUY and SOME OF THESE GUYS too!)

In honour of our twelfth birthday, a panel of 12 year old judges will determine the WINNERS of the tournament and the night with culminate in an official awards ceremony.

This is an event you don't want to miss!
