Last Month's Event

This was a great presentation and amazing story. An experience of adventure most can only imagine. Stan and his family described, with much detail, their experiences from being chased by pirates, getting hit by a sperm whale, and surviving a hurricane with 100 mph+ winds! As Stan noted, some of the issues no training or experience can prepare you...sometimes you just need to be LUCKY!
So much happened during their adventure that they will present part two at the Ballena Bay Yacht Club at a later date. When they announce the new date, we will let you know! You will not want to miss...

Race Committee Volunteer Sign Up

For Sea Breeze YC members that are interested in becoming a race volunteer we have made arrangements with The San Francisco Yacht Club. Their internationally renowned racing program would not be possible without the support of dedicated member and non-member volunteers from the broader sailing community. Volunteering for Race Committee is a great way to give back to sailing, meet new people, learn more about racing.

Signing up to volunteer is easy! Simply click below to view the schedule of upcoming regattas, indicate which regatta and which volunteer position you're interested in, and submit the form. Volunteers can submit as many forms as they like throughout the year.

Please note: When signing up to volunteer, please assume you will be scheduled unless you hear differently from the Principal Race Officer (PRO). Each PRO is asked to confirm directly with each volunteer as soon as possible.
