This program is included in the XC Comprehensive Program. To receive your prep program, you need to register by Saturday, June 15. See below for a description of the Prep Program. Send an email | Purpose of the 2-week prep program -- to start building your aerobic capacity and strength for balance and power. If you begin the onsite sessions on July 8 without a good aerobic base, you may struggle to keep pace with the progressive program. What is the program? Shortly before June 24th, Coach Braz will email you an outline of conditioning to do on your own over the next 2 weeks. Your program will be specific to your age or running level. The program will include running and specific core workout routines. Days off are included. | The 2-week All-Sports Prep Program begins on Monday, June 24th.
