Important Tuition Reminder

Cottage Hill Christian Academy is a tuition driven school and timely payment of all tuition and fees is very important for the financial health of our school. We appreciate your choosing Cottage Hill Christian Academy and we do not take our responsibilities lightly. We also realize the sacrifices that many of you make in choosing a Christian education for your children. Thank you for your commitment and your support of CHCA.

To ensure that we are able to provide a quality education and to continue providing the opportunities you desire for your student, it is very important that all student tuition account payments are kept up to date. Students who have a late tuition balance as of May 13th will not be allowed to take final exams without the approval of the business office. Younger students who do not take exams must have tuition account currents as of May 13th to ensure that your spot is secure for the 2019-2020 school year. We are also asking that all after care expenses and fees including activity, athletic, arts and senior expenses be paid prior to May 13th. Balances cannot be carried over to the next fiscal year. If you have questions regarding your account or any of your student’s fees, please contact Heidi Alley at alleyh@chbss.org.

God Bless,
Jimmy Messer

Senior Class Special Olympics Day

Seniors will be off-campus on Friday, April 12, 2019 for a Senior Service Day. We will be working as volunteers at the Mobile Area Special Olympics. Seniors will be transporting themselves to St. Paul's Episcopal School. Please encourage your student to carpool as there is not enough parking on the campus of SPS for all the volunteers. Students should arrive by 7:45 A.M. and will be finished around 1-1:30 P.M. Students do NOT have to return to school unless their athletic coaches require them to be at a practice or game. Any student not planning to attend should let Mrs. White know in the office so that we can account for your attendance. Don't forget the sunscreen!! If you have any questions, please contact Brandi Richardson or Ali White.
