Hello! Haaaaaaaappy Weekend!

Blake and I celebrated our 19th anniversary this past week with a visit to a new-ish restaurant in our area, followed by ice cream at one of our longtime favorite ice cream shops. A relaxing and delicious evening.

My Favorite Things... I made my tater tot hotdish recipe (link below) this week, with gravy from scratch. And I absolutely recommend using a flat whisk (link HERE] for the gravy making portion. The whisk's shape works great for scraping the bottom of the pan, letting you get all that awesome flavor up off the pan and into the gravy. Flavor!!

Thank you so much for joining us here each week, for reading the blog, and for following along on social media. We are grateful for your company.

Wishing you an awesome weekend!
Brenda
