2023 UTV Event Changes

1.	The August 4-6, 2023 event name has changed, but it is the same location. We are excited to bring you the North Rim UTV Fun Run at the Kaibab Lodge at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. (We feel this name better compliments this location).

The September 1-3, 2023 event name and location have changed. We regret to inform you that we will not be doing the White Mountain UTV Jamboree in 2023 due to circumstances out of our control. We therefore will take this event off for the 2023 year. However; we are excited to bring you the Prickly Pine Cone UTV Fest which will be location in Flagstaff, Arizona at the Twin Arrows Casino.

Thank you for your attention and flexibility as we work to improve and better accommodate our guests.

Hualapai Mountain UTV Fest

This is on a first come first basis, so we suggest you reserve your cabin or RV spot today. Very limited and they will sale out fast!

We only reserved 14 cabins and 15 full hookup RV spots so make sure you call today to reserve your spot. (MUST TELL THEM YOUR WITH UTV OFFROAD ADVENTURES)

Kingman is about 15 miles away but down the mountain so it take more time to drive back and forth.

NORTH RIM UTV FUN RUN

We had a great time pre running the North Grand Canyon for one of our UTV Events we will be putting on in August 4-6 2023. In our opinion, this will be the BEST event we have ever hosted. You will need to reserve your cabin ASAP since there are only 30 available at the Lodge.

We are doing something new for 2023 at two of the events. They will be overnight events meaning we will trail ride 80 plus miles one way stay the night in a hotel and trail ride back the next day to make an awesome loop. These will be an all inclusive package. We are limiting these two events to 30 UTVs only. So once we open registration for them its first come first serve.

Quick Draw Poker Rules (Poker Run):

The cost is $20 per hand.

All cards will be picked up at the designated locations. Players will not be allowed to pick all envelopes at one location. Exceptions can be made for valid reasons such as your UTV broke down.

There are additional surprises in some of the envelopes with the cards. You never know what you might win!

Cards will be distributed in a sealed envelope. Do NOT open the envelope. If you open an envelope, that card will be disqualified and you will need to pick a new envelope.

No duplicate cards can be used. At the time the cards are opened if there is a duplicate you will be allowed to pick a new card.

The winner will be announced during the raffles. You must turn your cards in no later than the start of dinner.

If playing MORE than one hand, the participant must present additional Poker run score cards. You will receive a Poker run score card at the time of check in for each hand purchased.

In case of a tie, there will be a draw for the High Card to determine the winner.
Participants MUST BE PRESENT to receive any winnings, winnings are 1/3 of the final pot.

Proceeds raised from this Quick Draw Poker Run will be donated to AZ Kidz Experience Charity

All decisions made by Poker Hand Judge are FINAL!

Join us for a SUPER FUN Cornhole Tournament Saturday evening after the rides. Get your teammate and get ready for some fun, who know's maybe you might win a trophy! This is FREE to play.

AZ Kids Experience was born from a diverse group of individuals with a common interest, providing kids of all ages an experience of a lifetime. Pierre Demers has a personal connection to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital and has been raising funds for this hospital for years. Everything happens for a reason and during an event, UTV Offroad Adventures, Arizona Offroad Promotions, Nash Powersports, Demers Glass, LLC., Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary, Baja Racing Gear and Overlap Interactive made the decision that as a group we could take our common goal to the next level……. Raise money for the hospital and give the kids at the hospital a once in a lifetime experience. With this unique group, AZ Kids Experience will have a fundraiser raffle and have a family event to provide kids the experience of riding in a UTV. Stayed tuned as we begin the planning process and we will be posting updates as we move forward.
