PROPOSAL FOR INTRODUCING YOUR PRESTIGIOUS SCHOOL AND STUDENTS TO THE OPPORTUNITIES OF VIRGINIA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, USA
We hereby seek the permission of the above named school authorities to come over an give short presentation designed by VIU (Virginia International University), USA to the students and teachers, and at the end of the presentation, taking lots of pictures which will later be send to the VIU for approval that your school and students had gone through their presentation and is interested in their University, and as well present your school a minimum size framed picture of your school/students with VIU and our company logos. This picture will be selected among all the pictures that will be taken during and after the presentation.
This presentation is going to be a continuous process, as we will usually come around on a yearly basis to prepare your graduating students for the next intake into either FALL or SPRING of the Virginia International University each year.
On our visit, we need the support of the school in the areas of organizing and coordinating the students together in a nice and conducive hall; we also need projector, microphone with speakers, and electricity for the presentation and we will as well like to use this opportunity to introduce our companies, products and services to the school officially.
