6-week Homesteading Series for ages 6-8

The Greensboro Children’s Museum is now enrolling ages 6-8 in its upcoming DIY: Cook + Create series. Each week, your child will explore a new homesteading topic and will “make and take” a project to enjoy at home. This nature-inspired program is designed to help kids slow and down and find joy in making useful, everyday items from bread to pillows.

Class is held every Thursday, beginning January 10. Register today to secure your seat. Additional 6-week series available for ages 3-5.

Cost: $72 GCM members, $90 nonmembers

Making Holiday Memories

"I had the opportunity to attend UNCSA’s “The Nutcracker” on opening night with my daughter, and it will remain a treasured memory this holiday season. The exquisite orchestra, dazzling set design and elegant performances were nothing short of perfect. If you’re looking to start a tradition with your family, make sure you put The Nutcracker at the top of your list. It’s the ideal way to celebrate the holidays, no matter your age.” ~ Katie with Triad Moms on Main
