Dear Friend of Property Rights,

I hope you can join us at the CAPR events on Saturday! CAPR has been working hard (and intelligently) to defend and restore your property rights from Olympia to the courtroom this year; from lobbying for eminent domain reform and agency accountability reforms, to our Open Public Meetings Act litigation now in the state Supreme Court, and much more. Join us on Saturday to learn more about it, and gain information and strategies that you can use to defend your property rights!

Details on the workshop are here: http://capr.us/banquet/workshops.php. You’ll learn about how water is being used as a weapon against property rights (even where it seems plentiful), and how we can fight back. The price for the workshop is $60 including lunch.

The banquet is always fun and informative too, and William Perry Pendley, author of Sagebrush Rebel, is our Keynote Speaker. He was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. A former Marine captain, an attorney, and a recognized authority regarding natural resources and environmental and constitutional law, he served in the Interior Department under President Reagan. He has three previous books, including Warriors for the West. Don't miss it! Details and registration here: http://www.capr.us/banquet/banquet.php.

I hope to see you there! Please share this with your contacts!

The Right of property is the guardian of every other Right, and to deprive the people of this, is in fact to deprive them of their Liberty.
--Arthur Lee

P.S. Can you join us? FYI, online registration will close tomorrow morning, so I recommend signing up by tonight! Visit http://capr.us/banquet/register.php. Don’t worry though, you can still pay at the door if you miss online signup.
