What is This World Coming To?

On Friday afternoon, Colleen and I had the pleasure of doing a pre-Webinar sound check with Dr. Norma Milanovich.

As we discussed the Webinar topics and questions, I noticed a marked change in Norma's energy. Her vibration intensified and her passion rose. Both Colleen and I felt our hearts clapping!

Norma is connected to Ascended Master Kuthumi and during the Webinar she will tune in and give us his guidance.

We are being bombarded by a media relentlessly propagating an endless flow of fear. Their vision for humanity’s future is bleak. After only a matter of weeks, social distancing and suspicion are already beginning to take their shocking toll on the fellow-feelings we express for others.

I recently heard a video presentation that poignantly illustrates this point. The wife of a doctor who lives in the San Francisco area was shopping at their neighborhood co-op store. When she emerged from the store with her groceries, she saw an elderly man lying, dazed, on the pavement. His head was bleeding. At least a dozen people stood nearby, waiting in line, six feet apart. All were staring at their cell phones. No one looked up, spoke, or acted. No one called 911.

They did nothing!

The doctor’s wife bent down to comfort the man and to offer him the assistance. She also called 911, found his wife and did what no one else was willing to do: offer aid and empathy. Eventually, paramedics arrived and the man received the care he urgently needed.

It was heartbreaking to hear this story. I wondered what kind of world we have created. How could minds be so selfish and hearts so numb that something like this could happen? Is depraved indifference about to become the new norm?
