This year's Making Dreams Come True Distinguished Educator Award recipient is Julia Steff, MHSc, RHIA, CPHQ, CPHI, CCS, CCS-P, associate professor and department chair of health information programs at Palm Beach State College. Steff's nomination praised her as having developed a rigorous and challenging program, successfully graduating many students who have gone on to become very accomplished in the HIM field. The award will be presented Monday, July 29, during the AOE Symposium.
