Do you love step aerobics? Are you ready to learn how to teach your own step class? Teaching step requires an understanding of choreography, cueing, counting, and music and in this 6 hour course you will walk away being able to teach your very own step class!

The Step Aerobics Instructor course will give you everything you need know in order to run your own successful step aerobics class.

Group Fitness instructors are high in demand and step classes are still very popular but there aren't many instructors today who teach step class.

This course will cover tempo, how to count step music, how to create step patterns, how to transition step patterns, how to cue and lead your very own step class and so much more!

If you have no experience with group aerobics classes, this is your time to learn and this course will help you become a great instructor!

This is a novice course for people who are new to teaching step aerobics.

About the Presenter: Rachel Seay has over 30,000 hours of Group Fitness Teaching Experience. She began her fitness career teaching step aerobics and spinning classes and to this day loves to teach. Rachel will break down the step required to master teaching step. This year the BCRPA has asked Rachel to present for them at their BCRPA Conference. Rachel has been a fitness presenter and educator since 2004.
