Each session includes dinner and drinks in an atmosphere conducive to innovative thought. Navigating transitions has been a frequent theme for CEO/EDs who have gone through the Salon Series, including moving into the top leadership position for the first time in their career, taking the reins from a long-time CEO/ED, getting ready for their own transition to another organization, or retirement. In addition, setting direction for a particular historical moment for the organization - whether rapid expansion or the need to downsize and establish new revenue & program streams - have also been addressed. Participants are thrilled to have a peer cohort and confidential venue to express both personal and professional challenges while sharing new ways to move forward.
