April 2018 Captain Update

Thank you so much for registering for the 2019 Ville to Ville Craft Brew Relay. For the next few months, I will be communicating with you to provide information and tips to make your team's race experience incredible.

Here are your first few items!

Team Member Form - A link to an online Google form will be shared with you by May 31st. This form will be created specifically for your team and the link can be shared with your teammates so they can add their own information. All updates on the form will be automatically saved (No hitting the SAVE button required). This form will also allow you to update your team name, team category and most importantly, your team pace until Feb. 13th, 2019.

Social Media - We communicate often through our social media outlets. Please join us in the conversation and get updates about the event.

Website - Our website is loaded with details for you and your team. Please visit our race info, training plans, and team resources pages for more information.

Important Dates:

January 15, 2019 - Due date for final payment for your team entry fee ($450). Please keep in mind that deposits and final payments are non-refundable.

February 13, 2019 - Team name, team category, and team pace are required to be finalized on your Team Member Form by this date. Also, teams living within 100 miles of the start or finish line will need to provide a volunteer or pay the $100 volunteer fee. We would much rather you provide a volunteer, but the fee will go to support local charities who volunteer at our event if you are unable.

March 13, 2019 - Start times for all teams announced.

March 29, 2019 - Final roster changes due.
