Hi there! Sashya here, volunteer at Holy Language Institute.
I just want to start by extending my heartfelt appreciation for you. Your participation in the tribe is unique. No one can offer what you have to bring. And you were created for a purpose.
Starting this Sunday evening, we're entering into the season of Chanukah - the Festival of Lights! As the days are shorter and the nights get darker, we are reminded to 'let our lights shine' as a witness and testimony to the love of the Father and the teachings of Yeshua in our lives.
This Chanukah, we want to light the menorah of our hearts all across the globe, on every platform of social media! And you're invited to be part of it. Here's the plan.
As you know, nothing is a more powerful witness than a deed of kindness. Deeds of kindness are able to diffuse the love of the Father into the shadowy recesses of the world.
So we want to share your stories of acts of kindness this Chanukah. It could be something you've done, or are planning to do, or something you just witnessed. We're calling it...get ready..."Chanukind"!
There are two ways that you can participate. First, help us spread the word by visiting the #chanukind campaign page [http://twibbon.com/support/chanukind] and adding the overlay to your Facebook and Twitter profile pictures and choosing a #chanukind Facebook cover photo (desktop site only) to inspire your friends, relatives and contacts to be Chanukind during this season.
The second way to participate and help inspire others during this season is to tell us your stories of kindness so we can share them with the Holy Language Tribe through social media. Email your stories and pictures (if applicable) to chanukind@holylanguage.com. Don't be shy! Remember, this isn't about us, it's about glorifying the Father and shining his light this Chanukah season.
Let's light up the world for Yeshua together!
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you need prayer for anything at sashya@holylanguage.com. Shalom and blessings this festival season.

Patricia's Story
Patricia is following Yeshua in a Hebrew way! Here's her story.
My name is Patricia Shezi from South Africa. I am a born again Christian. I grew up in a Christian family until 1982 when I made a commitment to personally accept Jesus Christ as my saviour.
I am a nun in the Convent. I am a teacher by profession. I enjoy working with small kids doing community projects.
I had always been interested to know more about the Jews because I found that there are similar things with African Culture.
Few years back I started to want to know more about Hebrew language. I browsed in the internet and choose Izzy's site. I became hooked reading interesting stories of the people of God who are followers of Jesus like myself. That is how I met you all.
Did you appreciate this story? If so, please say thank you by sharing yours. Here's how.
Hats off to Robert for this meme! Make your own Hebrew meme here or here and send it to meme@holylanguage.com and we'll share yours too.
On a personal note,
Shavua tov - have a good week!

P.S. Have you subscribed yet? I ask because 1. It's the biggest thing you can do for us and our mission to help as many people as possible follow Yeshua in a Hebrew way and find each other. 2. It'll make you a member of the tribe. Like officially. 3. It's fasy, easy, and affordable! So why wouldn't you do it now. Subscribe here! ♥
