Greg Reith was born and raised in Southern California and began training with Masters in Michelin Star fine dining restaurants at 19. His steady progression throughout some of our countries most select restaurant organizations firmly established his reputation as an innovator and a permanent fixture in the food and beverage industry. With over 20 years of technical training and executive management experience, Chef Greg offers a unique blend of culinary tradition and cutting edge technology that will surely provide our students a broad foundation for future commitments and considerations within culinary arts and applied sciences.

Chef Greg is a published author, Executive Chef to St. George Health and Wellness Magazine and currently the Vice-President on the Board of Directors for the Leadership Academy. His commitments to community agriculture have lead to pioneering therapeutic farming centers, wellness programs and dozens of bio-dynamic micro-farms. His portfolio of clients includes celebrities, politicians, Fortune 500 executives, and even royalty!

Jessi Cox is an Alumna of the Culinary Institute of America and brings fifteen years of industry experience with her. She grew up in South Florida where her passion for food began with her first catering job while attending college. From there, Jessi began her culinary journey, taking her to Los Angeles, New York and Italy, where along the way she received a Masters in Italian regional cooking. she has published recipes in the book: David Rosengarten Entertains and worked with the beloved, Anna Tasca Lanza at her cooking school and winery in Sicily. She also managed Mark Militello's fine dining restaurant in Boca Raton and helped open Norman Van Aiken's in LA. Jessi also teaches private cooking lessons and works with top catering professionals. Jessi spent five years in Portland, Oregon as a catering chef and an event specialist. We are very excited to have her as the Associate Director of our program. If you ever have a chance, ask her what it was like catering to the stars and cooking Easter dinner for the Osbournes.
