Tuesday, March 13, 7:00 p.m. Author Cyndee Schaffer will discuss her book based on her mother’s letters home during her assignment in Europe as a member of the Women’s Army Corps (WAC). The book documents the human side of life during the war – a life that alternates between fear and romance, exhaustion and leisure. Presented by AAUW- Morton. Ages: Adult.
