Campers will be encouraged and challenged both spiritually and emotionally, gain independence, meet new friends, be mentored by quality summer team, and be challenged with Biblical principles. Check site for availability and register at www.campmerriwood.net.

Healthy Snack Ideas

Let’s face it. Consistently eating healthy isn’t always the easiest task. Our grab-and-go world often leads us to seek the most accessible, often not the healthiest, snack. But, it doesn’t have to be so complicated. With a few steps, you can begin eating healthy this WEEK!

1. Stock up on easy-grab healthy fare. Grapes, nuts, berries—here are ideas.
2. Pick a day and dedicate several minutes each week to wash/prep your goodies and store them for easy grabbing.
3. In the car, between meals, even for a dinner, piece together your items.
