Where To Start

~ PULSE. Our "home office" is virtual. Everything is done online so there is no manual or paper books, all the information is on the PULSE website.

~Login to PULSE using the email and password you created upon enrollment. Do not get lost exploring aimlessly. This can be a black hole! While it is FULL of info, scouring pulse will not get you new customers or business partners! You will find tons of Product Info here, while you most definitely need to Get to Know the Products you do NOT need to be a product Expert! Product FAQ's We certainly are not and we have been incredibly successful. Learn as you Earn! The Doctors' Philosophy on skincare is no single product or ingredient is going to magically transform skin. It takes a multi-step approach referred to as Multi-Med Therapy: the right combination of the right ingredients in the right order.

~Getting Started This is a great place to start to learn about the basics and get a game plan going. My Monthly Plan of Action

~Click on "my account" tab at the top right...on the bottom left you will see CRP and you can "edit"...go here to edit your monthly replenishment order. Remember it only needs to be $80 so do any combo that adds up to that. You can do stuff to make Give it a Glow samples to send out Smart Sampling(microdermabrasion paste packets, night renewing serum and lip serum) or small items I love to keep on hand for "quick sales" are sunless tanner and eye cream.

~ Website Personalization Guidelines Be sure to check out your two personal websites. We refer to this as your Pulse Subscription and it truly is just that..... the Pulse of your business! The ________.myrandf.com is your site you send customers to for products and the ________.myrandf.biz is where you send potential consultants to enroll and partner with you. You can customize your wesbites and familiarize yourself with where products are, how to use the solution tool and how to place an order as a Preferred Customer and Retail.

~BBL Are you looking to get your business off to a booming start? I strongly encourage you to "launch" your business by hosting at least ONE if not TWO BBL(big business launch) within the first 3 weeks of signing up! Get together with your direct sponsor and discuss some options for this as there are some fun ideas out there! Cocktails & Conversations, Skincare & Sangria, Leave the Aging to the Wine and Cheese....

~Setting Goals Stay connected with your direct sponsor in the beginning! Set a time to meet up again and go through some of the getting started information and help you with verbiage and networking. Do not be afraid to reach out. As your sponsor we are here and dedicated to helping you. Your minimum monthly goal

~ Building Your List: Memory Jogger Make a list of ALL your contacts! Sift through facebook friends, email addresses, phone numbers...you will be surprised how many people you come up with! Do not pre-judge. You truly never know who may be looking for a change in their skin or an opportunity to change their life.

~Connecting to your Network To get a jump start and be successful right from the get-go, make it a goal to reach out to 200 people your first month in business! It seems like a lot but you can copy/paste the verbiage and whip out 10-15 in about 20 minutes. Managing Your List

After Learning the Ropes

~Once you have absorbed that information, then you will be added to our Facebook team pages where you will be tagged in files that are very helpful when getting started. If you click on the "more" tab on a team page you can select "view group info" and there you can view all files and photos used for posts.
~When on your facebook newsfeed there is a 'search' bar at the top. If you are looking for specific pictures to create a post, you can search there. For example, you want a good before/after picture of the reverse regimen, type in reverse and you will see pics pop up that you can save to your phone or computer and use to customize a post.
~I suggest friend requesting a few other consultants on our team pages....we have a good support system and we all "comment" on each other's posts, allowing them to bump back to the top of the newsfeed, therefore getting more views by your contacts.
~It is perfectly acceptable to "steal" any other consultants post! We all do it and all I suggest is have the courtesy of commenting on their post before using it as your own. You can browse through team members and randomly select some to friend request and follow their posts.
~At this point I think it is important to have learned the basics: our products, solution tool and how to place an order as a preferred customer(PC)...start reaching out to your contacts(you can find great sample verbiage under team files or create your own). Reach out in whatever manner feels most comfortable to you: facebook messenger, text, phone calls, in person.
~Start with who will be your biggest supporters! Who are you most comfortable talking about this with and will support you the most; your best friend, mom, sister, neighbor.... Reach out to those you are closest with and start from there, trying to connect with 50 people each week for a total of 200 your first month!

Ready to Build Big.......

Great! Here is what you need to do!
* 24-48 Hours - Make your list of EVERYONE you know
* Set the date for your BBL's .... it is recommended 1 in the first 2 weeks and another the third week. Send out Invitations, both virtual and paper! 1 in 10 will come, the more you invite the merrier!
* Start sharing the Business and the products. Developing Your Inviting Skills To efficiently and effectively grow your business you will need to be consistently reaching out to those on your list and bring 3 way calls to your upline to help you close Business Partners.
* If you so choose to use social media, we recommend, start sharing the business and the products. Hand out Give it a Glow Packs.... run fun trivia games, drawings etc
* Walk through enrolling a Preferred Customer with your sponsor and understand the Value of our PC Perks Program. Preferred Customer Best Practices Bring the first few product prospects to a 3 way call with your sponsor. This will help you learn how to go through the process and answer any questions. Simply tell your product prospect, "I am so thrilled to have you as my first (one of my first) Preferred Customers. Since I'm still training, I want to loop my business partner into the conversation so she can show me how this is done and make sure you get exactly what you need. Then either 3 way your sponsor in, if she's available or give your prospect to possible times to reconnect within the next 24 hours. If neither of those are an option start a 3 way message thread on messenger or text with your prospect and your sponsor. Inviting Skills
