2nd Annual Charity UTV Poker Run!

Hello and welcome to the 2nd annual Charity Event and UTV Poker Run supporting AZ Kidz Experience, a nonprofit 501 c (3) organization. UTV Offroad Adventures organizes events around the state while raising money for this wonderful charity. AZ Kidz Experience was founded by a group of people from all walks of life with a common interest in UTV riding and helping our youth.
We are excited you can join us, and we look forward to meeting new people and seeing old friends.
There are two days of fun! Saturday will be vendors and all fun stuff for the kids as well as raffles, music and more. Sunday will be the UTV Poker Run and Free Food... this will be an incredible weekend all raising money for Phoenix Children's Hospital.

1pm: Free Food will start being served by Dillon's and top 3 poker winners will be announced following lunch.
Here are some things to be aware of when you arrive on Sunday morning.
• There will be four groups departing on the ride and we will have approximately 25 UTVs per group. The group assignment is first come first serve. We ask if you want to ride with friends or family, please have your group together at check in so we can get you all on the same ride. We ask everyone to sign up online and to make sure you get your ride time they will fill up fast. Click Here to sign up.
There are 5 groups, and the departure times are 8:00am, 8:30am, 9:00am, 9:30am, 10am
• This is seven-card poker, and you will play your five best cards. You will receive your first card right before you leave on the ride. You will have (5) five card stops on the trail and then you will receive your last card when you return. Stop 1 and 7 will be games and the other 5 will be card draws. This is approximately a 40-mile loop.
• Registration and poker hand purchases will take place at the UTV Offroad Adventures Canopy and raffles sales, 50/50 and tee shirts will be at the AZ Kidz Experience Canopy.
• Please be sure to pack water, drinks, and snacks for the ride. The only stops will be at the poker card draw stops.
• There will be a Ride leader and sweep Rider to make sure no one gets lost or has car trouble. No passing the ride leader, This loop is not marked so we will stay in a single file line. We will have a Drivers meeting in each group to explain how we do the ride. We call it the rover. Once coming to a turn the person in second will stop and point everyone in the correct direction until final sweep gets to them at that time final sweep will tell them to go. So you MUST stay at that turn until sweep tells you to go. This is the most important thing on the ride.
• Each leader and sweep will have radios and we will announce the channel frequency at the event. Feel free to join in but remember we have families joining us, so we need to keep the chatter appropriate.
• When you arrive, please park tight as we have many people coming, and we want to make sure we get everyone in the gate.
• Dillon's will be providing FREE FOOD.
• Free Food will start being served by Dillon's at 1pm and top 3 poker winners will be announced following lunch.
• Since we expect over 100 UTVs, we ask that if you need to purchase more poker hands or register more people that you consider using cash. The Wi-Fi is not the best and it takes time to run credit cards. We will have multiple card scanners and we ask that you be patient while we are handling your transactions.
The most important thing is to have FUN, see old friends and meet new ones.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Please be aware that all the trails that we are all travelling on are open to the public, including UTV and Offroad Enthusiasts.
• Be alert of your surroundings and always keep your eyes open for oncoming traffic.
• Drive safely, remain on established trails, follow all laws and be aware of your speed.
• It is State law that all kids under the age of 18 wear helmets. Please follow all laws.
