To determine if you qualify for the panel, please answer a few questions in this Survey which should take about 5-10 minutes to complete. Those who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle for Amazon.com gift cards. Once you join the panel, you will be contacted approximately every other month with brief 10-minute online surveys about various aspects of your life as a caregiver. Each of these following surveys will give you additional opportunities to enter a gift card raffle. You may also be invited to participate in interviews with researchers, focus groups with other caregivers, and panel discussions with MIT's industry partners. Participation is voluntary.
