A few years ago my family and I spent our summer vacation in the Outer Banks, a barrier island beach along North Carolina's coast where salty seas meet golden, windswept beaches, made all the by more wild by the horses that roam free there. Our newest In House designed and printed collection captures this beautiful place that is at once rugged and serene. Along with a Panel and Faux Patchwork design, sixteen prints come together in an ethereal palette of pale pinks, pebble gray, sea-glass green, and sky blues. |

We sewed up the Panel design into a set of 18" pillows. These would also be wonderful as the centerpiece of a quilt, or even a quick stroller blanket. The Faux Patchwork design makes for a quick quilt, but also gives you a sense of how the prints sit with one another. We used Musings in Multi for the backing and it looks stunning! Remember, we can print up to 56" Wide! If you're looking for quilt patterns, we think the Comet, Delight, from Jaybird would be lovely, as would the Radiance quilt pattern from Heather Jones, especially with the Nags Head print in the center. |
