A Note From Mr. Sandefur

Lion Family,

As we find ourselves on the threshold of the final quarter of the school year, it's hard to believe how quickly time has flown by. The incredible journey we've shared, marked by academic milestones, spiritual growth, and cherished memories, has brought us to this pivotal moment. Soon, we will be embarking on Honors Chapels, Baccalaureates, graduations, and promotions, with our Seniors transitioning into the esteemed ranks of our Alumni. The sense of achievement and the bittersweet joy of farewells linger in the air, reminding us of the transformative power of education at The King's Academy.

In the upcoming weeks, we will witness the culmination of our students' academic and spiritual growth during these significant events. It's a time for reflection, a moment to recognize the divine guidance that has shaped our community. The scriptural wisdom of Ecclesiastes 3:1 resonates, "For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven." As we approach this season of transitions, let us be mindful of the divine timing that orchestrates each phase of our students' lives.

The heart of our educational mission is embodied in our Portrait of a Graduate, and I am proud to witness the continual development of students who exemplify the qualities of a critical thinking, equipped, steadfast, effective communicator, and unapologetically Christ-like student. As we embark on this final quarter, let us embrace the opportunities for growth, celebrate the accomplishments, and entrust the future to the divine plan that Christ has before us.

In Christ,

Jeremy Sandefur
President/Head of School
