Ages 11-14 Summer Camps at the Greensboro Children’s Museum
At the GCM Cooking School, each student cooks from scratch using seasonal ingredients and receives personal guidance from instructors during hands-on culinary camps:
Iron Chef II- Week of July 16
Intermediate to advanced kid chefs will build on previous kitchen experience by learning cooking techniques and knife skills while working alongside guest chefs and completing group challenges.
Baking Boot Camp- Week of August 6
Your child will unleash their creativity and whip up delicious culinary creations in the Edible Schoolyard Kitchen as they learn the fundamentals of baking.
