Open Hips | The Pelvic Floor
This workshop will bring us back to the hips! With the cold outside and a couple weeks into the new year we will reconnect and ground through the pelvic floor: using core work to warm up and focus on the gluteus medius, the piriformis and the hip flexors –> the hip area!
These 2 hours are a great way to find space for yourself and to give yourself permission to fascinate on you. Breathing compassion for yourself into the tight areas around your pelvic floor, the center and feeling it.
Open to all levels.
