Plasie-praters skitter by PHS

e-learning report 10 March Page 1

Important facts

1. The warrantee provided by ALT/Waltons has expired 31 December 2016. Merensky does not offer a warrantee, but will repair the ALT tablet as cheap as possible. We are currently sourcing a new supplier as the previous supplier was too expensive. Learners with problems on the ALT tablet will be issued a loan tablet on the condition that they return it in working order.
2. Tablets bought in 2017 will not be repaired at Merensky and need to be handed in at the place of purchase.
3. The Learner Management System (LMS) is continually being developed by EkasiIT and will reach the final version by 2020. We are actively part of the software development because of the promise this product holds.
