Hello!

I hope you had a good Thanksgiving. We went to my cousins in Boulder for the afternoon. I was fun to see everyone and we enjoyed some great food and time together.

Hard to believe December is already upon us again! I am wishing peace, joy and laughter during this season for you. I know it can get hectic and overwhelming. If you need a breather, I hope you join one of the virtual gatherings I host or schedule an appointment for some nurturing and recharging.

This Thursday (12/1) is The Joy Gathering Online! And next Tuesday (12/6) is The Infinity Healing Circle, the info is listed below, and we would love to have you join us!

I will be at Confia Collective! (at 1549 S. Pearl St) for Winter Fest this Friday (12/2) and Saturday (12/3)!

Friday evening (4-7:30pm) I will be doing 1 card pulls for $11. Saturday (10am-3:30pm) I will be doing 20 min for $33 Intuitive Readings. You can message me or contact Kerri for setting up your time! If you want more time on Saturday, you can book 2 sessions together, so 40 min for $66.

Saturday (12/10) I will be back from 11am-4pm doing 20 min for $33 Intuitive Readings, as usual you can always book 2 together for a 40 min Reading for $66.

At my office in Littleton, I do have session times available on Friday (12/2) at 11am, or 12:30pm. Monday (12/5) at noon or 3pm. Monday (12/12) at 10:30am, noon or 3pm. I offer the Intuitive Readings and/or Cranial Sacral/Reiki/ Energy work as well as "spot treatment" for specific areas, (just not full body massage).

Infinity Healing Circle

You are warmly invited to the Infinity Healing Circle! Join Paula Karen and Myself, Tuesday Dec 6th from 7:00 to 8:30 PM MST as we continue our Free, guided online healing circle.

Paula will wax poetic about a topic. We will then practice harnessing the miraculous quantum healing energies of a small group to heal others, your life and the planet. This group is based on Lynn McTaggart’s book, “The Power of Eight.”
We ask that you prepare a few words or themes prior to each group along the lines of what healing energy you would like to send into the infinite quantum healing realms.
Remember as you do this for others, so what you also need returns to you. Then the group will focus for exactly eight minutes in meditation on what is brought forth.

I have 25+ years of training, teaching and experience as a BodyWorker in various modalities. I am able to utilize my tools to provide a personalized session focusing on what your body needs in that moment.

Cranial Sacral is a gentle, hands on technique that focuses on releasing the restrictions in the cerebral spinal fluid to help balance the body's nervous system.

Reiki is a complementary therapy that involves encouraging a healthy flow of energy in the body to lower stress and promote healing. It can improve mood and emotional well-being, reduce stress and increase relaxation, and help sleep and insomnia.

I have Certifications in Massage Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Structural Integration, Reiki Master, Auricular Therapy and Biofeedback and more.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado.
