Got Turkey?!

Leftover Turkey Casserole is comfort through and through, a favorite dish of mine since I was a kid. It's an easy post-holiday meal that's big on flavor - your family will love it!

This Smoked Turkey Chowder is an easy 1-pot meal. It's lightly creamy and loaded with tender sweet potatoes, perfect for taking off that wintry chill. While we like to use smoked turkey whenever Blake smokes the Thanksgiving bird, this soup is also wonderful with roasted turkey.

Made with cheese tortellini and leftover turkey, this Italian Turkey Tortellini Soup is full of warm and cozy comfort. It’s great for a satisfying and easy weeknight dinner (of course the kids love it, with that cheese tortellini!), as well as a beautiful weekend meal with friends. Serve with crusty bread for dipping, for a heartier meal.

If you're serving ham for the big feast (it's ok to be different!), here's a recipe for you! Herby Ham Salad is creamy, tangy, and utterly delicious, the perfect (old school?) way to use leftover ham!

Leftover Cranberry Sauce doesn’t need to be only enjoyed as a condiment – it can be added to so many desserts, appetizers, main courses, and even drinks. From sweet to savory, I’ve got you covered with the best ways to use leftover cranberry sauce!

Smoked Turkey Pot Pie Soup is full of rich flavors and creamy comfort, and served with ultra-tender cream biscuits for dipping. Equally delicious with either smoked or roasted turkey!

If you like turkey or chicken pot pie, you will LOVE this Turkey and Biscuits Casserole where the bright, fresh flavors of lemon and dill give Thanksgiving leftovers a new tasty spin!

This Creamy Wild Rice Soup is MY FAVORITE recipe for using leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The soup is lightly creamy and full of nutty wild rice, vegetables, and wonderful flavor. So many people LOVE this comforting soup recipe!
