Have some booktastic fun in January when the cold winds are blowing!! Test your literary knowledge! Receive daily emails and/or FB posts with book related answers for which YOU must provide the question. Weekly categories have increasingly, more difficult questions worth 100 to 500 points. APLD staff will keep track of participants and their points earned through January.
First, Second and Third Place Smarty Prizes will be awarded at the end of the month!
The contest begins on Monday, January 8 with a question released at 9am on Facebook and via email. Questions will only arrive weekdays through Jan. 31. Each question is only open to answer until the next question is revealed. Registration not required. Jump-in-and-answer at any time, but remember, more points puts you closer to the Smarty Prize(s)! Sign up (below) to receive weekday emails with the daily question. Facebook participants check the Allerton Public Library Facebook page for the daily question.
Submit your answer by replying IN THE FORM OF A QUESTION to each email or "Message" the Library in Facebook with your answers. Please do not add your answer as a "Comment" in Facebook.
