Special Events for Reading Friends

I want to invite you to attend the Christian Fiction Readers Retreat in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Saturday, August 12th. This will be a fun day for readers, bloggers, reviewers, and authors. You'll be able to meet forty-one authors and enjoy four special speakers. There will be worship times, games, panel discussions, book signings, and a delicious lunch. There are only a few spots left! A second great opportunity for readers and authors to connect is happening in the Dallas, Texas, area on Wednesday, September 20th. This event is scheduled the day before the American Christian Fiction Writers' Conference in Grapevine. Some of the authors joining me are Cathy Gohlke, Caryl McAdoo, Allison Pittman, and Elizabeth Ludwig. My Next Novel is Coming!

Two weeks ago I turned in Across the Blue, and I'm excited to tell you a little more about it. Set in Kent, England, in 1909, it and tells the story of an English pilot who wants to be the first to fly across the English Channel to France and the aspiring journalist who thinks his story will be the ticket to launch her career. It includes romance, adventure, family drama, and inspiration! Across the Blue releases early in 2018. We're working on the cover now, and I can't wait to show it to you as soon as it's ready.
