Great Start Collaborative Mission
The purpose of the Great Start Collaborative is to ensure a coordinated system of community resources and family supports in Kalamazoo County.

The Kalamazoo County Great Start Collaborative (GSC) would like to invite you to participate in a training on the Parent Café Model. A Parent Café is a unique model of building the Protective Factors for families across our community. This is a strengths-based way of building leadership skills within parents and caregivers, as well as creating valuable social connections. Watch this 10-minute video from a parent group in Philadelphia that illustrates the potential power of a Parent Café.

Kalamazoo County Great Start Collaborative (GSC), Crescendo Academy of Music and Ministry with Community have come together to give the children of Kalamazoo ages 0-4 and adults (immediate and extended family who care for them) an amazing music experience.
