MCH PDC/TULUM ADVENTURE 2023

REGISTRATION - Wednesday October 4th & Thursday, October 5th, 2023

Take the elevator to the rooftop, pick up your all-events wristband, welcome bag, and t-shirt, and get all of your questions answered.

TULUM:
On Saturday October 7th, we host an exclusive beach event in Tulum (Turntables on the Caribbean), which is one 1hr south of Playa Del Carmen. There are new rules and regulations in Tulum, therefore our transportation vehicles have adjusted. We have organized small charter buses and sprinters to transport Mi Casa Holidayers to and from the event. In order to ride, you must have a roundtrip bus ticket, which you can only pick up during registration.

Our Tulum venue is amazing!

Respecting the beach club's requests, there are no tents, umbrellas, coolers, drinks, or food allowed in the beach club.

There is plenty of space to lay out in the sun, optional beach beds, sofas, and cushioned seating reservations, along with a large restaurant.

MCH MEXICO GENERAL QUICK TIPS:

drink lots of water and bring sunscreen

DRESS CODE TIPS:

We've selected venues that are the most flexible for our community's various styles. The rooftop decks on Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday all have swimming pools, yet they are nice enough for stylish and fashionable outfits. Overall, being that there is a beach or pool at most of our events, during the day, it will be pretty casual. If you leave and come back, maybe the requirements will adjust.

DRESS THEMES:
Thursday from 1:00pm - 8:00pm, bring your swim suit
Friday night from 8:00pm - 1:00am, White Party (Uhuru Afrika & Culture SA)
Saturday night - 10pm - 2am wear pink (Breast Health Awareness)

Gentleman:
Baseball caps may be asked to be removed in some places.
Nice tennis shoes seem to be okay.

Ladies:
Be selective with your high heels as Playa del Carmen is full of cobblestone streets. Saturday is a beach day, so you'll be in the sand.

For the past 8 years, Chicago photographer Baramesi has been capturing the authentic essence of Mi Casa Holidayers in Playa, Tulum, and nearby locals. These candid sessions, though seemingly spontaneous at first glance, showcase a remarkable depth upon closer inspection. After a glimpse into his work, we were truly amazed.

In line with the spirit of Mi Casa Holiday, this ongoing series is aptly named "HOLIDAY FREE," paying homage to the cherished value of "FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION." Looking ahead, two more years will mark a decade of this incredible project. The aspiration is to compile 10 years of MCH "HOLIDAY FREE."

Baramesi has kindly requested us to spread the word: if you spot your photograph, consider scheduling a session with him. You may have the opportunity to acquire a personal copy or even one of the limited Silver Nitrate editions.
